I'm on the hunt for a new coat, something affordable and warm. There are some pretty good discounts going on now that most of the major retailers are clearing out their inventory in stores for the upcoming Spring collection. I came across the Banana Republic Long Wool Military Coat in stores for $149.99 with an additional 40% off. My problem with the jacket is that the XS size is tight around the shoulders while the S size is a little too big.
I'm wearing the coat in XS in the picture. I'm wearing a light sweater underneath and it fits fine, slightly tight around the shoulder but it doesn't bother me much. But, what if I wore a thick sweater? I'd need some wiggle room no? What do you guys think?
