I've been meaning to do a look with the Maybelline Sapphire Siren palette ever since posting an LOTD with the Legendary Lilac palette from the same line. The colors in this set are more bright and fun but I have to admit that I bought it mostly for the glittery black shadow.
I did a light smokey eye with the blue green shade on lid, glittery black on he outter v/crease, and white on the inner bottom corner. The glittery black looks really sparkly in the pan but it doesn't really transfer when applied. I used Benefit Creaseless Cream in Recess as primer.

Eye is lined with K-palette liquid liner, lashes are coated with two layers of Make Up For Ever Smoky Lash mascara.
Its weekend time!!! I'm hoping to try out a few new food spots this weekend, its time to get my grub on. What are your plans?
XOXO, M
Very pretty as always!! I wish the black glitter transferred more!!!
ReplyDeleteI hope we can check out some good eats together!
Awww booo that the black glittery one doesn't transfer :X I got copper fix which I'm loving to bits right now. I didn't really notice the darker colour not being as shimmery but now I'm going to look out for it tomorrow! lol

ReplyDeleteEven though the colors looks so bright in the palette I love the way you made them subtle for your look! So pretty M!
ReplyDeleteshame about the black shimmer not showing up - I had a regular black shimmery shadow of theirs and had the same problem.
ReplyDeletethe colors look crazy bright in the pan and on the stock photo for the display, but you've turned it into a soft and wearable look :)
