Garnier Nutrisse Hair Dye, Domain, Vitacreme

Its about time I bought the domain to this blog: www.makemeblushhh.com

I'm still not over my flu so I've been keeping it low key in the makeup department.

I did however get to color my hair...

I decided to try out Garnier Nutrisse in Acorn.

My roots have grown out since the last time I colored it

The color came out a darker than I had expected

at least it didn't turn out reddish like most brown hair dyes tend to

This dye is far more nose friendly than the L'oreal superior preference. There was enough product in one box to cover all of my hair. My hair didn't come out so dry this time either. I left it in for about 30 mins and it didn't look like the picture on the front of the box. Will I buy this again? I may in a different shade.

I got my grubby hands on a tube of Vitacreme B12 from Imomoko.com. I'll be testing this out for a while.

I'm still working on my 1k giveaway, stay tuned :)

Bihada Saki Sheet Mask Review

I'm going through a major sheet mask phase these days. Back in the days I had no patience for these, nowadays I find them relaxing :) its an added bonus that these are good for your skin

The Bihada Saki Sheet Mask

This has got to be one of the best sheet masks I've ever tried

click image to see ingredients. I didn't shrink the pic so much so everyone can read it.

This sheet mask is 450Yen in Japan (about $5 USD at the current conversion rate). I got this one from Imomoko. The mask is saturated in a ton of fluid and very moisturizing/hydrating. I leave it on for about 15-20 mins and didn't even want to take it off because it felt so nice on. Some sheet masks I can't wait to rip off because either it feels too sticky, starts to sting, or it dries up. The mask itself feels very light weight even though its so drenched with fluid. The packet had a ton of excess fluid which was used on my neck.

I also have the Bihada Kurobara sheet mask that I haven't tried yet. Imomoko has all four bihada masks plus the limited edition chocolate one.

I know I just did a post on my beauty diary masks, and you're probably wondering how the two compares. My beauty diary masks are amazing for the price (the price in asia) but not better than the bihada masks.

A Random Friday Post

I haven't been using much makeup lately since I've been sick. But I have been cooking :)

made potstickers again last night night...

I have several different types of fillings but for this batch I used ground pork, shrimp, eggs, napa cabbage, and chives. Sometimes I add vermicelli to it but didn't have it on hand this time.

cooked in a cast iron skillet

you can boil these too, a healthy alternative

My Gift Box earrings are now being sold on my jewelry blog

have a good weekend! XOXO, M

My Beauty Diary Mask Obsession

My name is Mona and I'm addicted to My Beauty Diary sheet masks....

its a good thing I picked up a bunch of these in asia, they're quite addictive. I bought some in HK and more in Taiwan. Pricing wise Taiwan is definitely cheaper than HK but only by about $2 per box. Its about $5 a box in Taiwan depending on the conversion rate and store specials. When I was there they had a buy two box for 372NT with a six box limit. I like quite a few of them and haven't gotten to trying them all. So far I'm a huge fan of the Mixed Berries and White Truffle masks.
I promise to do a better review later :)

Still sick and downing tylenol like candy :( Thank you all for the well wishes from my previous post!
